As Managing Partner of Lyneer Search Group, Scott Noga has been a driving force behind the firm's success since its inception. With over two decades of expertise in executive search, Scott specializes in identifying and placing premier accounting, finance, & insurance sector-centric professionals within the insurance &financial services, sectors.
Before joining Lyneer Search Group, Scott built a strong foundation as a CPA and Big 4 auditor. His firsthand experience in finance and accounting allows him to understand the complexities of these roles and deliver precise solutions for both clients and candidates.

Outside the Office
Scott enjoys sports and outdoor activities with his wife and three children, including volunteering as a coach for his children’s youth sports leagues. He is active with a number of charities and nonprofits including ACP which helps transition U.S. Veterans and their spouses to the civilian workforce.
