About Garrett
Garrett Ching has been with Lyneer Search Group since 2013, leveraging more than 20 years of experience in building relationships with high-performing professionals. Garrett’s approach is to understand a client, understand its business and anticipate their needs. Truly becoming a partner, a resource for all their talent acquisition needs. Often referred to as an extension of the company.
He is a graduate of Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, Garrett began his career in Public Accounting: in Assurance, Tax, Forensic and then in Talent Acquisition. With a client-facing approach honed during his tenure at PwC, Deloitte, and KPMG, Garrett excels at partnering with companies to find the perfect hire.

Notable Achievements
Conducted a US based search for a Global Treasurer for a Global Software Company relocating the function from Europe. Leveraged pipeline from a previous search and convinced/presented a passive candidate. Who is now doing exceptionally well there.
Successfully placed a Sales Leader in a Global Industrial Manufacturer, that resulted in subsequent searches based nationally and overseas in Operations, Project Management, Accounting, Marketing, Engineering, and Plant Management.
Placed a Project Management Leader for a Global Advertising Agency, which led to other searches in the Advertising/PR space.
Completed multiple searches in California for a Start-Up Biotechnology Company, identifying key personnel ranging from IT Leader, Financial Analyst to Executive Assistant to the COO.
